House of Peace African Market is committed to processing and delivering your orders safely and efficiently. Please review the following shipping and delivery information before placing your order.

Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Important: House of Peace African Market is closed on Saturdays. However, orders placed on Saturday will be processed and shipped out on Monday .

Orders placed on other days will be processed according to our regular processing schedule.

U.S. Shipping

We ship eligible products throughout the United States. Shipping times may vary depending on the customer's location, shipping method selected, carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping for non-perishable products only.

Perishable products and food items cannot be shipped outside of the United States. This includes, but is not limited to, fresh or frozen meats, yams, and other perishable food products.

International customers are responsible for ensuring that ordered products are permitted for import into their country. Customers may also be responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authorities.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at the House of Peace African Market store location. Customers who select local pickup will receive instructions regarding when their order is ready for pickup.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. House of Peace African Market is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or misdeliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

While we make every effort to process and ship orders promptly, delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, customs processing, or other unforeseen events.
